　　Whether labor relations are harmonious or not concerns the vital interests of workers and enterprises,as well as economic development and social harmony and stability.In recent years,our city has actively carried out activities to create harmonious labor relations,guided and encouraged the majority of enterprises to take the initiative to participate in the creation of harmonious labor relations,selected once every two years"Luoyang harmonious labor relations enterprises",established and improved joint incentive mechanism,and vigorously supported harmonious labor relations enterprises to achieve competitive advantage in market economic activities.

　　The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced that the enterprises that won the title of"Luoyang Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise"will not only be issued with nameplates and certificates,but also enjoy the following incentive policies:

　　(A)identified"Luoyang harmonious labor relations enterprise"priority recommended to participate in the evaluation of the province,the national model labor relations harmonious enterprise.

　　(2)Included in the credit"red list"for social inquiry and application.As good credit information,it is included in the"red list"of enterprises with harmonious labor relations,pushed to the public credit information system,publicized on the websites of four departments of"Luoyang People's Society,trade union,enterprise/entrepreneur Association,Federation of Industry and Commerce",and marked when government agencies,enterprises and institutions,social groups and other units and individuals inquire and apply credit products according to law.

　　(3)Under the premise of no report or complaint,the daily and special inspection of the labor security of the employer shall not exceed once a year;If there are no complaints and reports and the relevant departments request for audit,and there is no abnormal adjustment of the annual social insurance contribution base,the social insurance contribution base is exempt from audit.

　　(4)If the special working hour system is approved,the validity of the license may be extended from one year to three years.
